Sandalwood essential oil is one of my favorites. It goes on so smooth. I use it around my eyes for tired eyes. Note: Always be very carful around the eyes with essential oils.
Sandalwood is a great lotion. It moisturises as well as any overthe counter lotion. Many cologns and men's fragrances are centered around sandal wood oil. But always remember, perfumes and cologns are fragrance grade oil not aromatheropy grade oils and may irritate if applied to the skin because of the pollutants. Some times I use sandalwood as a deodorant.
Sandalwood essential oil combines great with cedarwood essential oil for that deep meditation orient smell. Remeber, I said cedarwood, not juniper essential oil. Juniper essnetial ois smells like the cat in the garage. Peweee! But foul smelling oils have thier place and even have health benifits. Just because I don't like thae smell of an oil doesn't mean you might not.
