Healthshop101.com was founded in 2006 by Jason Brunson in Fillmore Utah. Throughout my life I have run across a few good vitamins and supplements. Following one company or another, I learned the hard way which were good and which were rip-offs.I have kept a collection of the best and discard the rest. My first job after college was in a vitamin & mineral manufacturing plant. I learned that there are good vitamins, better vitamins and best vitamins. And there are also poisons, Sold as children’s chewable and flavored vitamins and minerals. (Fluoride, Mercury, Aspartame) There are those who add any ingredient to make a buck and then there are those that insist on quality. We Insist on Quality.

Here at Healthshop101.com we insist on quality. I am sorry, You will not find any minerals that taste like chocolate! It is a contradiction to the laws of health to add sugar and chocolate to vitamins. It is like trying to add dirt to make your water clean. Sugar and chocolate require more vitamins to digest and leave the body than the vitamin you are taking can provide. It voids the purpose of the vitamins. Another inconvenient truth is that you usually pay more than you have to for quality vitamins and minerals. Most of the popular products belong to a group called MLM or Multi-level Marketing. These are people who try to get your to join their monthly purchasing group where they and the seven to ten people in their group, all get a piece of the profits from the product you buy. Therefore they have to place a larger cost than normal to pay all of those people. A regular $19.99 product can cost up to $49.95 in a MLM company.
